Woman killed when tree falls on car. FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. Deputies said a woman was killed when a tree fell on a car in Forsyth County on Monday. According to the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, the tree came down in a private driveway near Shadburn Road.
The victim has been identified as Nancy Eason. We have complete coverage of Irma's aftermath, on Channel 2 Action News throughout the day. Family members said Eason was checking on others at the home when the tree came crashing down.
Firefighters said she was in the passenger seat. Her husband, Mike Eason, was also in the car. He was the chief of police in Cumming for many years.
